The division seat of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh said that “investigating the significance of the matter” the reaction should be recorded. “If it’s not too much trouble, document your short answer, which you are aiming to record,” said the court, while tending to the direction addressing the Lok Sabha Secreta-riat.
Senior Advocate Raj-shekhar Rao, addressing the Lok Sabha, presented that it was not the initial occasion when the Deputy Speaker has not been set up. “Obviously, the timetable maybe is somewhat more than the past. We will explain what the position is and why the current situation,” Rao, contended, adding that the Secretariat in its answer would likewise dig into whether the court ought to get into the issue.
